• Each tag is 3” x 6.25” and has a 3/8” diameter hole. • Tag is made of a 0.010” thick plastic that is both tear-proof and waterproof. • The lockout tags also have a special matte surface that cleanly accepts pencil or pen marking. This special surface prevents smudging for easy reading. • Tags can be used inside or outdoors. • There are 250 tags per box.
